Markó Béla az RMDSZ elnöke tárca nélküli államminiszterként a művelődési, az oktatási és az integrációs tárca munkáját hangolja majd össze. Nagy Zsolt az informatikai tárcát veyeti, míg Borbély László tárca nélküli miniszterként a területrendezésért, Winkler Gyula pedig tárca nélküli miniszterként a kereskedelemért felel majd.
